1. Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! However, here are some important details regarding our delivery methods:
Courier delivery (the fastest and most secure option) is available exclusively within the European Union. All seeds sent via courier are delivered in their original breeder packaging—unless you request otherwise and let us know in advance.
For all other international destinations, we use stealth shipping via standard or registered mail. In these cases, seeds are shipped without original packaging, allowing us to discreetly hide the contents and ensure safe delivery. If you prefer original packaging, please inform us beforehand—note that if this option is selected, we won’t be able to reship your order at our expense if it gets lost in transit.
2. Shipping time
If your order is in stock at our warehouse, we’ll dispatch it the same day we receive your payment—typically within 24 hours.
If the item is not currently in stock, we’ll order it directly from the breeder and ship it to you within 3 business days of receiving your request.
3. Order tracking
You’ll be kept informed throughout the shipping process via email. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll provide you with a tracking code and a link to the courier’s website so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
4. What does the package look like?
Your parcel will look just like any regular mail delivery.
It typically arrives in a discreet, plain cardboard box with only the recipient's address.
