GSC cannabis strain – taste of history, few drops of info about genetics and effects

The story of this strain, like many others, begins in California. A group of experts in marijuana cultivation aimed to develop a strain that would be unique in terms of physical characteristics (aroma, taste, appearance) and potent in terms of effects.

GSC was created by crossing two strains – Durban Poison, a pure sativa from North Africa, and an indica strain, OG Kush. Thanks to the blend of sativa and indica genes, a strain was born that is both energizing and relaxing. A completely new quality in the market!

The aroma of the strain is very distinctive, being both earthy and citrusy, sharp and delicate, minty, but without any scent dominating. This blend of aromas brings to mind the smell of cookies sold by Girl Scouts, which is where the strain got its name.

As for its effects – the THC content in the dried flowers of this strain ranges from 17% to even 28%! This is an astonishing result, but the THC in this strain is particularly potent also because it contains very little CBD. The CBD content ranges from 0.09% to a maximum of 0.2%. The effects of the strain last noticeably longer than those of other strains and are relaxing, energizing, uplifting, boosting creativity, and enhancing enjoyment of nature and art.
